How The Bump Collective; Bespoke Pregnancy Sculptures, was born.

When I was pregnant, I remember standing in front of the mirror, watching my body change in ways I never thought possible. It was such a mix of emotions, awe, disbelief, pride, and sometimes uncertainty. Our bodies become something entirely new in that time, they are strong, soft, protective, and incredibly beautiful.

And yet, those moments pass so quickly. One day you wake up and that beautiful curve that carried your baby is gone. I wanted to find a way to honour that moment, to celebrate it, and to preserve it as something more than just a memory. That's when I discovered a concept that captivated me. Moved by its emotional significance, I knew I had to bring this concept to life and share this incredible form of art with other mothers here in Hong Kong.

That’s how The Bump Collective was born.

At The Bump Collective, we create bespoke pregnancy sculptures, capturing each woman’s unique shape and turning it into timeless art piece. Every sculpture is crafted thoughtfully with intention and care, a reminder of the power, beauty, and transformation that comes with growing life.

This isn’t just about a bespoke pregnancy sculpture; it’s about celebration; of motherhood, of womanhood, and of the incredible journey your body takes to bring new life into the world.

My hope is that each piece becomes a treasured heirloom, something to look at years from now and remember: I did that. My body created life.
